How to create SPFILE form PFILE in Oracle Database?

Hi,
Do the following:

SQL> CREATE SPFILE FROM PFILE=<pfile location with int.ora>

or

SQL> CREATE SPFILE=<required location to save new spfile> FROM PFILE=<pfile location with init.ora>

Eg.

SQL> create spfile from pfile='C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\admin\XE\pfile\init1.ora';
